Hey y’all I have a 06 stsv and after not driving for about a day and a half she cold starts fine and I’m on my way with ac on full blast because it’s July in texas and I notice after 5 min my ac starts fluxuating every 2-3 secs and my ac temps were diming every 2-3 secs with it so I look at my voltage and when the lights and fan “dip” the voltage drops to 12.7 then 13.5 then 14.0 I even saw 14.5 for a second with some throttle. Battery is 6 months old. My fist guess was alternator my second is dirty ground cables. Would love some input thanks

The running voltage (above idle) should stay at 14 - near 15. The car has a very dynamic charging system but in your case I'd suspect either bad battery cable connections (ALL terminals for battery cables) or a failing alternator connector of ground cable/bolt.
