I notice the Cue Media menu has a Video file spot. but i cant seem to get any video format to play. I have tired the ipod, and thumb drives. and most of the popular file formats. mp4, avi, flv, etc.
nothing plays.
I know i dont have the entertainment package, but why would the file format menu show an option for video.. I am trying this while the car is parked.

I am assuming the feature is disabled.

That's odd, I don't think you are supposed to have the video option on the cue, I do not. My parents do but they have the blu ray package. I am guessing it is an upgrade on the cd dash that would allow you to play a blu ray or dvd. I wish I could watch videos up front but had no need for a rear screen

There should be a dvd slot in the bottom for the video functions. Did you try the USB connections too?

I have a Platinum and it has Blu Ray on a few of the screens but not all.
I have not yet tried them as they are in the rear. I think I have 4 screens.
I do not think they will allow anything to pay on the front screens for safety.
They could disable the function when driving.

because we are moving to our new waterfront condo we are using the Escalade as a hauling truck.

The CD player below the cue display will only play music.

The platinum will only play blue ray on the roof monitors, the headrests are DVD players. The drivers monitor number 3 and passenger is number 4, I have only tried output from 3 to 4 as in years past platinum's.
