Not sure if the vibration is a continuous issue. I drove a loaner ESV '15. 6 speed and the first time it had the vibration and the next time I drove the exact loaner it was gone.grab33 said:what is the latest fix on the vibration issue, has anyone been able to get it corrected to there satisfaction? we are still struggling with a vibrating 2015 escalade platinum any help appreciated
Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Hound them regularly for the paperwork firmly, but kindly.NO.
There was supposed to be a new "fix" available anytime.
I've driven 2 recent arrivals at the dealer and both of them exhibited the vibration. Granted they weren't close to the severity of mine, but still present.
April makes 3 months since GM agreed to cancel my lease and the paperwork still hasn't been processed. Starting to lose my patience. Not only is the vibration not any better, but the booming/body drumming is returning.
Wishing I had bought out the lease on my '11 Escalade and never signed the paperwork on this POS.
Mine is also randomly turning on the rear climate control, choosing a different temperature each time, and rear seat heaters.
C'mon now, nothing happens randomly. It's because of the haptic sense of the rear controls. You don't have to press the heated seats buttons to activate it. Just reaching something at the back can turn the heater ON if it's near the controls. Like your elbow, your jacket, etc.rjm said:........
