That's about how things are for me in my area. No one really know what it is. I start out talking about the LS6 and I get comments like, "its probably just a 350." I gave up talking to people about it, when they say nice car, I say thank you and keep going. I have had my car for about a month and I met one person that knew what it was.

I suspect you will get some help here, certainly much more than craigslist.

Also, you can try the corvette forum. Tons of help there.

That's the beauty of a sleeper like the V.
It's not a head turner (especially in Houston,where you see Porsche,BMW 6,MB CLS a dime a dozen) but the V's efficient in a car doors blowing contest :highfive:
