May have found a set of dual V pipes for my 2003 3.4 L CTS. Any advice on the install? Is this a good upgrade?

Just do a search on the site for threads related to the V-exhuast upgrade, but its a better upgrade for the 04-up 3.6L rather then the 3.2L . Many Forum mbr s have done it, usually on the 03 3.2L (Not 3.4L) it is suggested not to go with the V-Exhaust as it may result in loss of backpressure which can lead to a decrease in acceleration and boggin down. Also the top end HP gain is minimal..

This has been discussed a lot so just do a search and u'll find lots more info.

Hopefully INDO is getting his 3.6 exhaust put on his 3.2 and will post some pics. I think this is your better choice, and if you want more of the sound effect then add a set of performance mufflers (borla or magnaflows). You might be able to swap a member who has a 3.6. Offer the V-exhaust and in return get his + the cost of the install. Listen and decide if you need to upgrade the mufflers. Just a thought!
