Simple questions today :)

My oil finally arrived, and I can change it.

My street is somewhat level, and the driveway more sloped. The garage isn't an option without serious rearranging . . .

So which way should a '93 Fleetwood slope to drain out the most old oil?

And to tighten the parking brake (it slides slowly down the driveway at full extension), is this going to be one or more screws on the cable? And at the pedal, or under the hood?

thanks

My guess car sitting flat would get the most oil out & front higher would be my 2nd choice if flat is not an option.
The drain plug is in the side in the back half of the pan.

Adjust the rear brakes before tightening the parking brake.
Sometimes holes in the backing plate bottom.
Better to remove drums, clean, inspect, & adjust.

Then adjust the parking brake if still needed.
Under the middle of the car is the cable adjustment.

Gee, and it's already pointed that way . . .

The brakes were apparently adjusted/serviced shortly before sale--they're so strong that the first heavy stop caught me off guard!

thanks. I think they're enough light left to do the oil today . . .
