Well, I do. It was just under it, 269XX. Even if it was 10k difference, I still think this could be worth it. From what I have so far, I think it will be around $1500. People pay that for quality coilovers.

 

I'd love to do something similar, but I don't think anyone has cracked exactly how the system integrates with the BCM. You'd have to find out if there's tuning software out there (like hptuner, etc) that can make these kinds of changes.

 

Good deal on the ATS for 27K. I got the Premium mainly for the MRC but I only paid 35K for it.
I've searched for any cases where MRC was added aftermarket and couldn't find any success stories.
Hope you get it to work but it seems like you might need to talk to a GM engineer/service expert.

not only do you have to change the suspension but you'd probably have to swap half the cars computers, probably run a ton of new wires and have the thing re calibrated.. I wouldn't bother

 

You do realize you sound like the vast majority's opinion since the dawn of time of just about anything that hasn't been done yet. But if Seward had been swayed by that sentiment we would never have had Sarah Palin. So let the pioneers do their thing and you might benefit down the road from it or the unexpected byproducts.

 

And if it does entail replacing computer modules and running lots of wires then I wont bother either. Which why I am researching.

 

Man do what you like. You got the car for that price then you have money to burn. Anything is possible. I wish I got my car at that price. The car is fresh and new and people don't have the answers yet for these things. Pioneer it. I don't have MRC. All I want is a drop.

FWIW, I didn't see anyone offer it on the C6. The hardcore track guys would pull out the MRC and replace it with adjustable coilovers. They were much more flexible than 2 settings.

 

Yes, I used to have KW V3 coil-overs on my Legacy GT and the range of adjustabilty was phenomenal.
I became obsessed with adjusting them all the time but learned a lot in the process.
They also squeaked over every bump in the winter. Finally got fed up and angry at all the money I spent on that car.
Traded it in for the ATS.
Now I am looking for new things to drive me crazy on this car.
