Hi, any ideas please? I put higher wattage bulbs in, so 85w dipped (instead of 55w I think) and 95w beam (instead of 65w I think). Now when beam comes on the dipped headlights go off, which means I can't see road immediately in front, only way way ahead!

I must have damaged the electriconics. I'll fit HIDs instead, but need to find what has gone wrong. Could check fuse first!

What year is your escalade?

On the 02's the low beams cut normally when the high beams are on
On the 03+ the low beams stay on with the high beams

Btw higher wattage bulbs will blow the fuses as they are not able to handle the extra draw

If you want extra brightness I do suggest getting a kensun hid kit from Amazon
I got them on both the high beams and fog lights and it's made a world of difference
The main thing is aiming the lights properly to get the most from them
