Unidentified hose – where does it go? Please Help!

Unidentified hose – where does it go?
While checking out my power brake booster I found this hose flapping in the breeze!
Does anyone know where it is supposed to go?
I hope/ praying it is an assignable cause for my brake pedal being too long.
