Almost impossible to find that damn clip anywhere and due to the heat of th engine it gets cooked in 3-4 years.
Well you can always replace it with a generic clip but it doesn't look the same.
The other hard to find clip is the one holding the gas pedal cable attached to the tower strut.
Unfortunately that hose has nothing to do with your brake issue. Try brading the brakes.
