I found a bolt head laying on the floor of my garage today. Anyone have a hunch as to where I should start looking?

If the attachments don't load correctly, the bolt is small, probably a 10mm and very rusted, with a rectangular shaped stamp right above the 10.9 stamp.

Thanks,

Ben

I'm with JustinC- looks like the bolt where the cats bolt on to the stock manifolds.

I had a hunch that maybe it could be exhaust related but I can't remember the condition of the bolts from when I was under the car a couple of months ago. The engine bay clean and I assumed that because of its small size, it wasn't related to anything suspension or steering related, so I am still driving the car.

Stock exhaust uses studs with 15mm nuts. No bolts.
Might be old. Like if someone broke the bolt, it fell onto something, and just now found its way to the floor. Or maybe the tires kicked it up of the road.
