Tire dimensions for 20" Rims?

Hi,

my new 20 Inch Rims arrived today.
Now i have to buy some new tires for them.

On the rear axle i will use 255/35 R20.
But what should i use on the front?
Would it be insane to ride 255 in the front too?
The problem is that the bearing capacity of the tires wich are under 255 are to little. So if i would take some 235 for example, i had to buy damn expensive tires to achieve the required bearing capacity.
If i would take 255 on all four wheels i would get a good tire for a good price.

But i don't know how bad the driving comfort, the performance and the milage would be with 255 on all wheels.
What do you think?
Wich dimensions are you riding on your twentys?

CTSLack941...actually that is how they spell tire overseas. he is from Germany if you check his signature block. and we actually spell tire as tyre over here in the states...try searching for Vogue Tyre and vogue tire...i guarantee you get much better results under vogue tyre than under tire

Okay, so i think i will take 235/35 on all wheels. But i have to take "Nankang" tires instead of "Falken" then, they are worse indeed, but they offer this size for a acceptable price. I hope the quality is not too bad.
So everyone agrees that 235/35 is a good option for 20" on the CTS?

But does look 235 good for the rear, isn't it a little bit small for 20's? :D

I'm on 245/35/20 Falcok FK452 tires.
Nankang is made in china, my buddy has a set on his rims, they drive alright but they have started to crack between the treads......I told him not to buy them..less than .1 season on them....

lol, no i have the same opinion. I love America way more than Germany, especially the cars.
I was just born in the wrong country. But i'm trying to build my own America over here. So i drive a Cadillac, and buy a lot of food in the grocery of an US Military base over here. :D
So you can't get me with jokes about Germany.

I'm on 245/35/20 Falcok FK452 tires.

The 255 which i wanted at first would have been exactly the Falken FK452. :D
But the 245 cost a lot more than the 255.
I think i will test those Nankangs, i'm mostly driving in the city, so the tire hasn't to be the best.

i prefer Nexen as well...i have rode on different set of tires for 20s, and i personally like Nexen for the quality and price you get them at...nobody take that out of context there, im not saying that Nexen is the best, but for the price you can get them for, they work for me...and to the OP, try this website for your tire prices, only thing is i dont know if they ship overseas... www.tireseasy.com

even with freight charges the cost were lower than the shop wanted.
I think it worked out that I could get a set of Falkens FK-453, Kuhmo ECSTA SPT or Hankook Ventus V12 EVO K110's for the same cost as a set of Delinte's (or something like that)

Out of the ones listed above what would you suggest guys.
I like the tread patter on the Falkens but all of the tires listed are top notch rubber

^ I retract my statement! LOL

Thanks Mike, you shit in my cornflakes! ;)

I got all excited about shipping the tires in or using the price to barder with the local shop but once that orange box popped up and all of the taxes, duty and costs added up..... not worth it.

It is what it is tho, I know I am not putting those F*ing Delinti's on my car! F THAT!
Anyone got a set of Falken 452's for sale? lol
