Tv turner on nav

Do anyone knows if the 07 cts factory navigation system comes with a tv turner or if a tv turner could be hooked up to it? I was reading some old forums and came across the Euro nav that have tv tuners on them. Do anyone know the part number for Euro nav or if a euro nav could be install in a u.s. cts?
