Turn Signal Mechanism Removal

Hi I have a 93 Deville that has a problem with the turn signal mechanism. When you put the turn signal on the cornering light stays on after you have made the turn (the internal connections are loose) and the other day when I was jiggling the lever to get the light to go off it started to smoke. Does anyone know how to remove the mechanism for this? Thanks

You have to remove the air bag and then the steering wheel. A FSM would come in real handy if you have never done it before.
