I have a 2008 cts. I bought the car knowing it had a slight transmission issue, it slightly bumps into gears when accelerating and when coming to a stop. Im getting transmission switch codes
P0872-switch 3
P0877-4
P0989-5
P0856-traction control torque request

Post up a pic of your fuse box and we can compare.

Is this a RWD or AWD CTS?

I bet that has something to do with the V8 models.

I was hoping to pop in a few fuses and see if the tranny will shift better, haha never that simple. I guess its just the pressure switches failing in the the tranny.

If you look carefully you will notice either no metal contactors or contacts on one side only on most of them. As flash sez- there are many circuits that will not be used on a base car.

Have you change the oil in the transmission? I also like to use the Lucas transmission additive
