Good evening,

I was trying to find out on the forum is the dreaded shutter is as prevalent as it is on the Facebook forums.

I presume you mean "shudder".

I don't experience any issues on my 2020 Sport. ~60k miles on the odometer. Most issues reported here are related to valve body failure and those have been reported for 2023-2024 model years.

2020 here, had the shudder when I got it around 45k miles, dealer found damage to the torque converter so that was replaced along with fresh fluid, all good since, albeit that's only like 6 months, 5k miles.

You'll hear about it more on the later years like Northey's talking about, where there's a manufacturing defect in play, but as far as I can tell all years are susceptible to the weak sauce ATF breaking down and damage cascading from there the longer it goes unaddressed.

My 2020 has some shudder when going uphill, but only if the transmission fluid temperature is above 60°C. Below that temperature, everything is fine.
I’m going to replace the fluid soon and update the transmission software, since there’s a TSB for a software fix related to shudder.
If that doesn’t help, I’ll try adding a 'shudder stop' additive, as others have reported that it completely eliminated the problem.
