My wife reports that the 96 STS has a grinding noise which goes away if you turn off the Traction Control, any idea what this may be? She says the car is running great otherwise. Please help while I'm away playing soldier:)

Hmm, not much to go on. Doesn't make sense. Is this at idle or driving? Brakes applied?

I have a 95 SLS and it does the same thing. From what I've been told, it's a normal sound. Nothing to worry about.
