ive read all the threads on this site and just about everything that i could find on google to relearn the tpms, there are many different ways and none of them worked for me, i might get one to respond sometimes two or three but never all four, the only way that i can get all 4 to respond is to have all 4 out of the tires in my hand sitting in the car with a magnet and doing it that way and then intalling them in there respective tires its a pain in the ass but the only thing that absolutely worked for me
ok im done with my rant

Two things I have found helpful.
1. Do it when it's warm out or better yet, after a drive when the wheels are warmer yet.
2. Be patient and hold the magnet in place for as long as it takes.

and be sure to use a strong magnet.

ive done it when warm and hot, ive placed the magnet in position and walked away for a while, i have many different magnets that i tried, shit i even tried an elctro magnet from a sander clutch that i have and wired it to a battery pack, this thing will pick up a small child off the ground as long as the child has a steal plate in his head

the batteries in the TPMS are getting low/weak -

no - unfortunately they are not serviceable -

soon - you will need to buy a set of sensors -
or live with the annoying error message
every time you turn the ignition on -

I'd revisit the dealer that installed them. Eleven months is incredibly short for this application. Sounds like a batch of bad batteries.

............ there's always the possibility that the TPMS replacements were made in 2004 and have been on the shelf since .....
