Unreal is all I can say....30% shorter throw...no rubbery feel anymore, no vibraton, no noise.. at all.. solid action. Take stock shifter and weld in a new piece...thats al....l same shifter, bushing, insulation from factory. Myron Catrell at TPiS designed it for his CTS V and said he has been designing shifters for years...guy is one of the top 50 high performance engine builders and designers in America the last 50 years...I believe they are called the fabulous 50. It only costs around $100 to $150 to have them do it

You could do this yourself or go to a shop and have it done for probably 50 or 100 lol

No seriously probably less the 20 bucks to weld on something. $100? give me a break. Thats a rip.

Anyone have a picture of the modified TPIS shifter? I have my stock shifter and could modify it pretty easily and probably save people some money over TPIS.

100 bucks plus shipping to have them weld a piece of pipe on the bottom. Hmm...

lol, well which one is it?
They installed mine for $230. Had to remove the Corsa, drive shaft and drop the tranny slightly plus customize the shfter. If you take your own out and send it to them it is $100...so cheap!!! I found out just sent them the whole shifter do not remove the rivits on the assembly

whats the "dimensions" of this piece they are welding on... anyone have a comparison photo showing stock compared to this modified one? i'd imagine a local fab shop would be able to do the same thing with quicker turn around and cheaper price....
