touch screen navagation

sorry for asking this question again, but I,m new to the site. I would like to add A touch screen nav. unit in my 03 ext. I would like any input on what I would need to do this. I have the Y91 radio now. Is the #15204335 the unit I would use? And doI nead a different wire harnas? Any help would be great.
