After washing my V yesterday I covered it and parked under my carport. The cover and everything else now has a layer of ash and soot! A mask is needed just to go out side!
I believe it. I wish you and everyone the best

That is extreme. When I visited Yosemite in 2015 there were small fires along the park road. Last year going from Lake Isabella towards Bakersfield I got a huge detour south as the highway was closed due to wild fire.

It is such a beautiful area but you must be prepared!

Hope the fires are out soon.

Here’s the recent fire map for the Creek fire near me. I’m just south of Oakhurst just west of the fire, about 15 miles. Anyone recognize the skyline on the coast over 250 miles away?

Man, I hope they get this fire under control very soon. I read the cause of the fire was pyrotechnics from a gender party.
Not this one, the Creek Fire. The one started with a stupid reveal party (hand cannon) was in SE California. Still no cause for mine and it’s over 160,000 acres with 0 containment. Gotta wear a mask just to go outside!

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully it will rain soon.
