I think Cadillac trucks ok. In my opinion, most owners bought their Escalade to try to be above the crowd. They dont have off roading, cargo capacity, etc in mind. They want a luxury mini van / truck.
I personally can find a use for all three models Escalade

My wife saw an EXT in Reno yesterday and asked me what it was. I told her and then she said " I don't care if it is a Cadillac We'll NEVER have one of those...It's the ugliest thing I ever saw! "
I couldn't help but agree with her.

let's look at it this way.
Escalade was simply intended for a different consumer
ie. rappers, atheletes, soccer moms, ppl with no knowledge about cars.

as i said though cadillac prolly knew that their suv will prolly never even touch the grass. Therefore it's a great suv long as you stay on road and are willing to put down some major bucks.

I have to admit, if I won a lottery, and had a neighbour I didn't care for, and wanted to show him up, I'd buy one. My next choices might be a Lincoln Navigator/ Aviator, or a H2. If money were no object, call me petty! PS because I'm not wealthy, in the back of my mind they might be considered a waste of money, but then, most cars could be with too many options.
