Does anyone know the recommended PSI for an 03 CTS?

I dont have the label on the side of the door anymore...:(

I was at the garage and they told me they were overinflated, they were at 40, and they should be at 33...is this true?

They kinda look inderinflated now, the tires weren't cold when he deflated them...

The sticker on the door says 30psi all around. My car ('05, completely stock, OEM Goodyears) feels a bit "squirrel-ly" over highway seams with the pressure that low, so I usually try to keep it around 32-33. That feels pretty good, to me.
