Hi:
I am going to need new tire pressure sensors for my 2008 STS AWD. The OEM dealer price is atrocious, so where is the nest place to go? I used to be able to purchase from Factory Auto parts, but no longer have a relationship with them. I am in south of the Twin Cities in Minnesota.

I went through this before with my 2003 Seville STS, and I know once one fails, the rest are close behind. For this reason, I will go ahead and replace all four at once.

Try 4wheelonline. I was able to order from them last year. Price isn't that bad at all.

I'm in the same boat. two now trigger the dummy light everyday. I was going to buy 4 and see if a tire shop will replace them for me cheaper than the dealer. Is there a syncing process as well with these?

Start the learning process in the car and then trigger each sensor in order and you are done...
This order I believe "LF, RF, RR, LR"

In my F-150, I purchased 4 on ebay for $80.00, then the local tire shop charged me $60.00 to install. A lot cheaper than dealer, and the TPMS sensors had the Fomoco trademark on them.

There was an online dealer that was offering a set of four at a reduced price, however when I bought my rims I purchased the last three they had. The rep told me that they were not planning to bring in any more. They are an accessory company, not a GM dealership which was the difference. The ones they had were GM parts though. Dealers can purchase them in a 16 pack for much less per piece than singles and this is how their original deal came about.

I replaced all of my TPMS sensors with "VDO SE10001HP REDI-Sensor" based on advice from someone on this forum. They look different from stock but work fine. They were $32 at Amazon last year. They don't seem to be in stock at Amazon at this moment but other sellers have them.
