Tim Allen Design CTS on eBay

Nice! I always liked the intake plenum/tube design on the V6. BTW, did anyone happen to notice the RS200 in the corner there? So many cool cars in that garage, but that RS200 was a fave of mine as a kid! :thumbsup:

I cannot believe Tim Allen left the engine alone. He drives crazy fast. Red calipers dont fit with the CTS.

What a poser car for 20 grand. I like what Tim did with the DTS, but this is just ghey. No wonder he didnt drive it... :vomit:

He made some 400 horsepower CTSes. He did that so people could get V performance with an automatic. It would have made more sense to take a CTS-V and retrofit it with an automatic transmission, but instead supercharged the CTS and did some other stuff.

You guys are krazy....it's freaking hot....some of the rims you guys put on these cars ar fugley.

But I got to admit why wouldnt he just hook up a CTSV?

It's got some cool things about it, and some that are kinda bad. I really don't like the look of black rims on a silver CTS.

CTS-V wasnt out yet

All you need is some silver spray paint on your emblem and eyelids on those headlights to cover 1/2 of the beam!

never been 2 much of a fan of that sports grille . . . . but DAAAAAMN the car looks great! its probably got someting to do with the clear fogs and the chrome hood strip being MIA

if u buy a car with the sport grille, the hood strip is the color of the car.. see below (waiting for my broken hand to heal to install clear fogs)

also notice that Tim Allens CTS had cts-v style rockers before the v came out.

Thats because he helped design them. He worked with a company called TecStar to develop the TAD CTS. Tecstar design / and make lots of GM OEM aftermarket parts.

Other things of note:

- The ad lists the car as having the front fascia inserts. They arent shown tho.
- The spoiler is pretty close to the Sports pack spoiler.
- carbon fibre trim on the dash loooks to be fitted well.

Pretty overrated car if you have to pay much above what a non-TAD CTS of equivalent spec would go for. At least do front AND rear brakes.

PS. DId anyone actually look at the eyelids? They look horrible from the side.

MJDart- your car looks ten times better than that pukey TAD car. The spoiler overlap on the trunk is laughable, and the eyelids are horrendous from the side.

Please don't degrade your car (which is very nice looking) by comparing it to that monstrosity again.
