When I use the button to telescope the steering either full out or in I hear a big clunk noise. Is this normal as it doesn't seem as loud when it is set with the seat function. This is on a 07 STS4

I am having a similar problem; however, much worse.
I get a grinding now and sometimes the steering wheel gets stuck.
The replaced the steering column once, and it is doing it again.
The ordered another one. It should be here soon.
I will let you know what they find.
