You should get a gasket with it. It is a very simple thing to replace and should be able to figure it out without asking on here.
You will want to disconnect the battery negative terminal to insure the car won't automatically try to start for some reason, take off the air intake hose, unbolt the old unit and unplug the wires, bolt the new one on with new gasket, connect wires, connect intake and done. Just make sure when you tighten the bolts you try to keep them all the same torque but its nothing major.
There is a relearn procedure but when I did mine I just hooked the battery back up and let it do its thing.
