Wish I had an extra 10G's lying around. I assume he's not a forum member since he claims "he's never seen another one like it". Notice the nice 80-85 FWB coupe sitting in the street.

Ass hats called it a "Phantom"! Uggg! That auction is VERY misleading. Says it was in Goodfellas multiple times, then says not ACTUAL car.It says it has 1992 miles, but then says all highway. The person also sounds retarded. That is $5k car at best. $10k is just insane.

The black car in the background is not a Fleetwood Coupe. Wrong roofline.

Whoops...It was early in the morn when I saw it...Correct it's a Coupe D.
What a bunch of idiots! Nice Cadillac "Phantom" they've got there! The rear bumper is rusting, there's rust on one of the quarters, there's fat white-walls on the rear tires and thin white-walls on the fronts, and it needs carburetor work. $12,500? Yeah, let's try $1,250.00.
Looks like the odometer has been around once. Mismatched tires, armrest worn, trunk looks like he was hauling trash, what a BSer.

I saw several mirages myself when looking for one of those cars:)
Thanks for posting that! Although I already saw it of course..

I would have posted sooner, but they kicked me out. That's the original paint, but I doubt that it looks that mint when it's dry. Lots of easily repaired things wrong with that car, I'd put about 2k into it and leave it at that. Still, if I had 10k laying around, I'd buy it because it's worth it to me. That's the third identical Phaeton I've seen come out of Queens NY in the last six months, and this is the best one.

On the other hand, mine spent it's life in California, zero rust, mint chrome, new interior and I paid $2,500. Plus $1,100 shipping, and I've put about $3,500 into it so far in improvements. Then in about two weeks she's going in for $2,500 in paint work. So mines almost done and I've still paid less than he wants for a car with rust issues.

BTW Ben,
Did you see the one in the Classifieds here? Dark Grey with Black top...Looks decent for 4K.
Yup, I've been talking to him through email, and I got him to send more pictures.

I do a weekly web wide Phaeton search using three different search engines, not much gets by me lol!
