Thinking of getting another Caddy, preferably from the 94 (For Fleetwoods) - 97 models. What do you guys suggest?

Not looking for an Eldo, don't like 2 doors.

Maybe a nice Seville? (a 2nd one) (not the 98+)
A nice Deville?
A FLEETWOOD! :) :) :) :) :)

Anyone have their own input on what kinda car and what you like about it?

Fleetwood, all the way, then you won't have to deal with the northstar and its issues, and you get an LT-1. I like the feel of rear wheel drive far better than torque steer.

I say Fleetwood, but I am biased. Whether you want a comfortable reliable cruiser, or want to build a hot-rod... the Fleetwood can do either.

Whatever you want!
Just be sure to post those nice dead rice videos, like your STS vs. that one bluish thing you have on YouTube.

Haha @ STS2003

Yeah, I'm so leaning towards a Fleetwood now, out of all of them.

I only mentioned a Seville because this man on Craigslist posted on with 86k miles, fully loaded BLACK 97, for 4000 obo, but I'm going Fleetwood all the way.

And yeah, the LT1 rocks, and Ill be sure to post those dead rice vids on youtube hehe!!!

Looking for a BLACK one!!!

Thanks dudes...

Fleetwood all the way.

In all honesty, the Fleetwood is the only Cadillac newer than mine I'd actually spend my hard earned money on.

Fleets (cept the tow package VP4 which is very rare) are 1 wheel squealers.....
fyi
Which is easily remedied and made so much better with 3.73 gears and Eaton Posi.

I just made 21 mpg back from St. Louis going 75-90 mph on the way back.. with 3.73 gears

At least I am not a front wheel squealer.. haha!

95 and 96 Fleecewoods supposedly use reg gas, not prem.

94 uses prem.

You can also find a SDV (??93, 94, 95??) that has the 4.9. Look in an oil filter book at Walmart; that will tell you which years they still offered the 4.9. Or go to an online pricing guide. That will specify the engines.

All the LT-1 powered Fleetwoods from 94-96 run 87 octane.

I had my car reprogrammed to 93 octane along with some other LT-1 Vette specs.

The 4.9L was in the base deville until 95, the northstar was in the 94 and 95 concours. 96 and later all have the northstar

I would recommend you '93-96 FWB ,if you concern about the performance , then get '94-96 FWB
