that is greatness, and absolutely something I'd do. It does need the Crest on it somewhere.

Mmm, I'm honestly seeing more Corvair than Cady. Especially if that's a boxer motor. But plenty of front trunkspace nonetheless.

That’s a lot of power.
Just bought a Mercury 290 ultralight rib and a murphy 15 bhp.
The dealer insists I can pull my children on water ski. And the famous rubber ring...

Back in the 50s there really was a Cadillac Bass Boat.

I dragged a 17' Thunderbird cathedral hull / 115 Johnson / Gator breakback trailer all over the Southeast behind a '67 Cougar 289 HiPo.

Regarding boats on another side note.
Can anybody (like Submariner) explain what the hell is going on in the navy. First the captain was fired, then not, now again (USS Theodore Roosevelt).

My understanding is that he was never 'officially and finally no takesy backies' given back that particular command, but left sidelined 'under further review' until news cycles moved to shinier objects. I heard in passing (not read on the internet so not positive) that his rank is either still good to go, or he was reinstated, but now not gonna be on that boat no more.
