Hey Junior, have you considered a 16 volt battery?
By the way, if you're interested in my TRuTorq L3 cam, you can probably eek out another 30 RWHP (still owe people footage of the throttle response--stay tuned). I'm planning on swapping my LS2 shortblock out for a 416 CID LS3 this winter. Will probably sell the shortblock with the original cam in it, and sell the L3 separately. I also have a Volant intake tube if you're still running the stocker.Yes on the 401.

No need to measure. I didn't explain myself correctly. A lot of the carpet in the car has a very dense foam backing (cheap MLV). I just wanted to know whether what you removed was merely carpet or foam backed carpet.I've got no clue, whatever was there is still attached to the bottom of the carpet in a box. I think its just some extra padding around that area IIRC. I can take a look and measure...
I hope it does. Supposedly those splitters see hundreds of pounds of force, which is going to be directed into the supporting structure. If you can't stand on it, I wouldn't drive with it.We'll see how it holds up...
