For my last two CTS' I received a package from Cadillac; one was a selection of items that would come in handy during a cruise in your new car.
Nothing exciting but I thought it was nice that they showed some appreciation for my purchase.
With the purchase of my new ATS, the dealer was unaware of any such program. Before I left with my new car they did give me a gift bag with
things like two travel mugs, a hat, a micro fiber cloth to clean the CUE screen and two very nice embroidered Nike Golf shirts.
Has anyone received anything directly from Cadillac since the purchase of their new car?
By the way I did receive a generic preprinted thank you card from the head of Cadillac. The envelope was properly addressed to me but inside
the note card thanked Violet for purchase of her new XTS. Needless to say, I am not Violet nor did I purchase an XTS.

This was then.... I received an Apple iPad retina, and 2 copies of the "110 Years of Cadillac" coffee table book. Gave one copy to another member in the forums and sold the iPad for retail on CL.

I too, Violet, received nothing from Cadillac directly aside from the magazine they send out, but we were given a $100 gift card to a nice local restaurant from the dealership.

I am surprised anyone sends a preprinted thank you card for any reason where they don't even have a real signature on it. If they don't think it is worth their time to personally sign the card I understand completely how important it is to them.

I would much rather have a card from the dealer's owner where he signed it than the head of Cadillac that was preprinted.

Completely agree. Bulk rate "Thank you ..insert name here... for your patronage" cards are a waste of paper.

Yeah well if I don't watch my car it will be gone to her work in the mornings. She says it's to small blah blah blah but yet she tries to steal it when I'm not watching. She wont get a new one cuz she likes hers but she still wants mine. No chance.
