The V doesn't like two things- going slow and cold weather. Today I was on my way to work when I decided to give her a little gas leaving a stop sign. I was ripping through the gears, when second to third the back wheels broke loose. There was traffic coming in the opposite direction, and the back end was headding that way. Then the traction control kicked in recovering me from potentially a terrible terrible...... well lets not say it. Usually I never drive with the stability on at all. I love sliding the ass around the turns, but this happened so unexpectedly. Oh boy.

Unless I am racing, I always leave the nanny/ babysitter on (especially in the rain)... I only every turn Traction control off if I want to rip through the gears..

Cadillac's stabilitrak actually is ranked pretty highly in the "letting you hang it out there category"...

I cant find the article, but I will look for it..
