I had a professional photographer produce this short film. I think you will get a kick out of watching it.
I was approached by the event orginizer and was asked to talk to a gentlmen in charge of promotions for Cadillac it seems that he was very impressed by the event and will be sponsering the Mile in the future. I will keep you posted.

Very well done.

Curious to know what mods you had if any?

If you look closely at around the 1:03 minute mark of the vid you'll notice guys pushing the cars in the staging lanes because they obviously know, cooler runs faster.

Always remember John Heinricy telling me that when he was involved with a ZR1 that was going for a ( Texas Mile) record they( the race team members) pushed the car to the starting line even though it had sat all night!
Very well done! Thanks for taking the time to put it together.

LOL - "if any"? Did that sound like a stock CTS-V? :)
If you would like to see all my mod go to the top of the forum and look for Hunterkiller under performance mods. The only one missing is the addition of 80lb fuel injectors. The car dyno,s at 638rwhp.

I know it may come as a total shock but there individuals out there, believe it or not, who prefer not to listen to the accompanying "music", (if you can call it that) on the video and consequently choose to make use of the mute button.
cool video for sure, will be interesting at the new venue!
Welcome to the U.S.A you have every right to use your (MUTE BUTTON).......................... REALLY ?????
Nice run and well put together movie. I know it took you a little bit of time or maybe your "assistant" put some time in it.
Just wondering, did you have the electronic speed limiter removed or not?
Thanks,
George
Nice run Dan, and Robert you did great job on the video....

Quality all the way. What was the reason for the blocked lower grill?
^ +1
Great vid. Have you ever had any trouble getting the car into 5th gear under accelleration?

Then don't start asking if the car's stock.

That's like me watching a movie with my eyes closed the whole time, and then asking someone if the movie was any good...

So according to your edict, it's not possible for someone to enjoy a video without the audio (as in the accompanying rap).

Maybe the best thing to do is to record your words of wisdom while you still know everything.
My point is perhaps if you'd listened to the audio, you would have no doubt that the car is not stock...
what are we arguing about now???? :)
