FYI, at least a couple of the bolts in the rear suspension are torque to yield and are single use. Not 100% sure if there are any TTY bolts in the front suspension.

Here is the Front

  1. Front Suspension Strut (1) » Install

    Open In New TabZoom/Print
  2. Partially lower the vehicle.
  3. Front Suspension Strut Upper Mounting Nut (1) » Install, but do NOT tighten [3x]

  4. Raise the vehicle.
  5. Front Suspension Strut Bolt (2) » Install [2x]

  6. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution.
  7. Front Suspension Strut Nut (1) » Install [2x]
    1. Tighten
    2. First Pass: 150 Nm (111 lb ft)
    3. Final Pass: (80–95 degrees)
  8. Front Stabilizer Shaft Link (1) @ Strut Assembly » Install — Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement

  9. Install the front brake hose clip (1) on the front strut assembly bracket. Front Brake Hose Replacement

  10. Install the front wheel speed sensor harness clip (3) in the front strut assembly bracket.

  11. Install the electronic suspension wiring harness clip (2) in the front strut assembly bracket and connect the electronic suspension wiring connector (1).
  12. Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  13. Lower the vehicle completely.
  14. Front Suspension Strut Upper Mounting Nut (1) » Tighten [3x] 22 Nm (16 lb ft)

  15. Caution: The front suspension strut mount upper cup MUST be fully seated within the strut tower and the front suspension strut bumper stop MUST be tightened to the correct specification. Do NOT over-tighten the stop or damage to the shock absorber will occur.
  16. Install the front suspension strut mount upper cup (1).

  17. Note: The front suspension strut bumper stop MUST be installed with vehicle resting completely on the ground. Do NOT attempt to tighten the stop with the wheels lifted.
  18. Install the front suspension strut bumper stop (2) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
  19. Measure and adjust the wheel alignment. Wheel Alignment Measurement
