For whatever reason, my surround recorder isn't recognizing my SD card. It's a SanDisk SDHC class 10 (UHS-1) 32GB formatted as FAT32. I've clicked it into the SD card port behind the driver's side rear seat (upside down, as that's the only way it goes in all the way). The recorder app still keeps saying "No SD Card present". Anyone have tips on how to get this thing recognized? 2023 XT6

Nevermind...think I solved my own issue. When I opened the SD card, I popped it in my computer to format it, and I named it "CADILLAC". Apparently, my car didn't like this. I opened another new SD card, and just put it straight in the car (default "NO NAME" partition name, came as FAT32 with no files), and it worked without any issues.

Had the same problem. Sometimes it did work but sometimes it didn't. When it doesn't work it says it is missing.
