Having a couple minor issues with my Caddy. First off, at low revs either in park idling or in drive idling, the revs will sure. Its not a huge amont, it'll sure to about 1100 and then setle down again. It is especially noticable when lightly pressing on the throttle like in a parking lot where the car will sure forward.
Second issue is a hard shift at WOT into second gear when the engine is cold to about halfway warmed up. It feels the same as when I put the shifter into 2nd and get that hard shift with the tire chirp, except the shifter is in drive, and no tire chirp.
Thanks for ur help

I wouldn't try any WOT until the engine is fully warmed up. Normal driving is OK when the engine isn't quite warmed up, but WOT at that time would not be wise.

The surging could be a number of things. I would start by cleaning the throttle body.

Let me get this right. You're getting second gear rubber and you're complaining? LOL
lol, no I only get the rubber when putting the shifter into second, my problem is that it has a hard shift like this when its cold.
