Wow, was just talking to our tire and wheel guy about this very thing last week. As far as we can tell so far, they should work just fine since both V's share the same brembo brakes/ hubs. Also looks like a 275/35/19 would be within 2.6mm of stock wheel diameter.

The STS-V does have different front and rear wheel sizes........right?

Still not known if the STS-V wheels will fit, someone has to find an STS-V, pull the wheels and look at the offset stamp... post that and we can probably figure it out.

Rear tires are 275/40/19... too tall for the CTS-V

STS-V uses runflats... wouldn't think it has a donut.

I'm not concerned about the wheels being too tall with the stock tires, I just want to have an off the shelf wheel alternative that will give me 10" rears before I have to replace my runflats, which will likely occur in the next 6 months since I have 5K miles on them now.
