So yesterday I was driving with my parents. I did go to refuel my car. My parents stayed in car front seats. My dad accidentally pushed car keys and lock the doors. And when I tried to get in car alarm system went on. My dad opened the doors from keys but alarm didn't went off and keys stopped working. Alarm system went off after few minutes, but on
dashboard was alarm system light on. Keys didn't work at all and car alarm system went on and off. When I tried to start car it said FOB not detected and it did not react when I put keys on that middle console place. It seemed like alarm system was on and that is reason why it did not let the car start, but it was strange that it did not recognise FOB. My sister did bring my car other FOB but it didn't work either. And all this time car alarm system was shouting and flashing lights. I am not sure was this right thing to do but my brother remove car battery but still alarm system was shouting from back of the car. When he put battery back car dashboard has all lights on but alarm system did stop shouting. When Mechanic came car was silent. He did but booster to car battery and did put manual key on front door and opened door (door was not locked). When he tried to start car it said FOB not detected. But when he did put it inside middle console spot car did start. Then dashboard showed many theft attempts. He did took booster off and tried to start car but it showed again FOB not detected. He did change FOB batteries but it didn't help. It only start now when we put FOB to middle console spot for it. Car doors won't go lock and FOB don't work. I tried again today and it only start when it is in that middle console spot. I will take car to mechanic, but I wanted to try first here if problem is something that I could fix myself. And sorry my english, but it is my second language :)

I would reset the whole system. Take all fobs at least 30 feet from the car. Disconnect the car battery. Put a known good battery in one fob. Keep it away from the car. Reconnect the car battery. Take the fob with a good battery to the car. Press the lock button and then the unlock button. Everything should be back to normal. If not you must do the fob relearn procedure. If the car is an export model you need a GM TECHII tool. If it is an American domestic model the relearn procedure is in the owner's manual which is available online.

Thank you for your answer. I have tried that but it didn't help so I did took car to Cadillac mechanic who did reset system and connect FOBS to car. Second FOB didn't start to work so it was broken. But the one is working fine now :)
