1997 STS need front struts. After reading all related threads, I haven't decided what is the cheapest, easiest to replace. most desirable replacement. I want to buy this week and get this over with. There seem to be several different ways to replace them and after all is said and done which way should I go?Passive that is nor OEM.

"Cheapest" definitely eliminates OEM. Now decide which non-OEM system. Personally, I have the funds to go OEM and keep the active suspension if/when I will need to.
