Infrequently under various driving conditions I notice a very strong fuel smell in my CTS. When this occurs it's usually after driving for 20 minutes or so. Yesterday I backed the car out of my garage and the fuel smell was very strong both inside and outside the car. I have had this car in for service at least 2 times for this problem and no solution has been found.

Anyone else have this? What was the problem?

Has it been cooler then normal? And when you say fuel, you smell raw Gasoline, or that the car may be running rich fuel smell?

Really need more info..

A leaky injector o-ring is the only thing that comes to mind. I'm not sure if this car is a returnless fuel system or not. I haven't tinkered with it yet.. :)

If its the front I'd say leaky fuel injector o-ring which is a eazy fix. ( I use to do it on my Jeep instead of letting the dealer do it.)
