Strange stuff going on

My car makes a humm from 0-5mph that appears to be coming from the steering column and/or the brake pedal (brake pedal vibrates). It also seems to do it more frequently when I turn while going from 0-5mph.

Today, while stopped my traction light was intermitantly blinking.

Whats going on?

Sounds like your abs is kicking on when you dont need it too. on every wheel there is a wheel with teeth on it. If a chip gets off that wheel it will trigger the abs system and set that light. It will also turn your abs pump on and make the pedal pulsate 14 times per second. Which could be that vibration.
