Having a bit of a wierd problem with the stereo cutting in and out its almost like 2-3 seconds on and then goeS silent. Only started Doig it like a week ago. CDs work perfectly fine. Any ideas?

You can use the 'search' function on the forum to find issues related to FM and Satellite radio. If your cd plays fine, there likely isn't any problem with the amp/speakers/head unit, just reception problems. I believe the satellite radio module and the FM antenna wiring all trace back to the rear of the vehicle.
