I didn't have a chance to dyno my car when it was stock, but I figured I'd go and get it done today.

I put down 361rwhp and 350 lb/ft. :D This was with no cool down (just the time needed to strap her down) and only a few minutes cool time between runs. It was very warm today too.

The only mods I have are the Lingenfelter Intake and the StealthV Tracktune. That combo in no way degraded my everyday drive and improved my gas mileage. Best mod money I've spent. Thanks!

You're welcome Ladis.

Ladis has a stock exhaust, stock exhaust manifolds and is running 91 octane California gas.

As soon as I get my tensioner to keep my serpentine belt from coming off track, I'm going to need you, StealthV, to do a tune for me with a smaller 2.8" pulley. ;)

Congrats Ladis. ;)

Yep...like Rick said, the car is stock other than the intake and tune. Stock exhaust, motor, suspension, etc...oh yeah, and the shitty CA gas. :)

Like I said, I was happy with those numbers, but regardless, I was very happy with the way the car drove anyway.

Damn, my car must be a piece of $hit. From my previous post, my car had 354.4 / 329.5. And that's with a Maggie, Stealth Tune, MagnaFlow.

I hope the dyno I've been using is piece of $hit.

You can't really compare different dynos. The true test is to go out and spank some 911's!

You might want to check that your serpentine belt is not slipping. Blitzer had the same problem. He was loosing 200whp on the dyno because of belt slip after 4000 rpm.

From reading previous posts we also suspected the belt slipping. So, we monitored the boost pressure. It remained constant at 4.2 psi. I did notice that they had to enter in the weight of the car, which they set at 4000lbs. Could this make any difference?

I would think entering the weight of the car means something. However, you need someone more knowledgeable with Dyno's to answer that question.

Something else I know is, there's a few types of Dyno's. One that is set to give you a high hp and tq result and the other that would give you a lower hp and tq result. I forget what it's called. There are also different types of Dyno's. All can produce different numbers.

Stock, I ran 329hp/323tq. I think these are low numbers for stock. However, because all dyno's can be different, I can accept that. I learned that it's best to make you modifications then go back and use the same dyno to get your results. Then you'll know your gains more accurately. However, climate has a lot to do with your results too.

The dyno place I went too was here:

www.dynostore.com

All the info about this place is there. Its an in ground single roller type dyno. All my numbers were SAE Corrected.

GTO4CTSV

If thats a Mustang Dyno, then that might explain the low numbers. If thats not it, somethings not right.

I wouldn't hesitate contacting Magna Charger directly and discuss the issue with them. With those numbers, I would think you have one heck of a "complaint," as they basically advertise ~130HP / 90 ft lbs of torque via the S/C alone. My experience has been that they are very good at supporting their customers, so I'm sure they will work with you to resolve your problem.
