Started with FE4s here, and GC people talked me into 550R/500F springs. Had 'em about a month or two, and someone here wanted to trade for their 650R/600F, so I made the swap. After over a year, Luke sold me a set FG2s. The car is NOT too stiff by any stretch, IMHO ... on the contrary, this is the way it should've come from the factory.

Just my $0.02.

I have FG2 and 650R/600F GC, my car is DD with a couple track days.

It rides nice and If I would do it again I would get even stiffer springs, as the car still rolls to much in hard cornering.

Also I saw a thread where a guy with QA1s and with 650/600 springs was having trouble without the ride correction stock setup and people in the rear seat. Something to think about...

I have FG2s with GC 550/600. Mine is a DD and I'm in NYC. Not very harsh at all. I would probably be happy with a 600/650 setup.

Might want to throw in your sway choice as aftermarket bars will change the effect rate at the tire which your is primary concern.

I don't know if I'm sold on the 650/700 springs. On highways and smoother roads, it's not bad. But I'm not horribly fond of them on rough roads. Handling-wise, though, they're great. Totally subjective, but I hit 1.07g relatively easily, seemingly moreso than normal. Flatter cornering for sure...

My car is D.D. and used to be a track car. 650f/700r G.C. with FG2. I think the combo is just right depending on your track experience. Forgot the Eibach Sways. Hope this helps.
