Sport 20's on a V6-ECM Reprogram?

anybody put the factory 20s or aftermarket on a V6, have you had any probs reprogramming the ecm due to the circumference difference?
I'm assuming the 255/50s which are almost an inch taller than the other factory wheel/tire packages.
