A few years back I built a splash guard for the car from a cardboard cutout that I transferred to aluminum.

A fellow facebook forum member was inspired and built a better mousetrap, so I bought one.

Took me a while to get it fully deburred and countersinking the hex heads, then I had to find the time to get motivated enough to mount it up.

I am pleased with the results, and it now has far better protection than my old one.
