Hmmmm. I have recently experienced a couple of "brake issues" and my car is one of the last 2024's off the line before the '25s (build date end of June 24). I wonder if this is related.

Are you experiencing brake issues with your car or just inquiring about the possible recall? You should be able to see any recalls/updates for your car in the MyCadillac app. Have you taken your car to the dealer service department? They should be able to address/repair any issues and verify whether your master cylinder is included in the GM Service Update. Good luck to you.

 

I’ve got a 2024 with an early 2024 build date. Did they make a change on the 2025s that caused this, or is this an issue the 2024s could have as well?

Sometimes when I’m braking and almost coming to a complete stop, it feels like the brakes momentarily release before the car fully stops. It’s as if the brakes are being released and reapplied on their own at low speed.

Can this be related?
