I have to switch to a truck for now, and I don't have space to park extra cars. After a very long love affair with this car, I have to let it go. I would prefer to see it go to a forum member. I am the third owner (bought it in 2013). All the service has been done by a local shop, and they only let their 20y GM Master Tech touch it. I have never tracked it, never launched it.

Purchased in 2013 w/ 81k miles
Currently has ~154k miles
Color: Blue
Location: Austin, TX

Upgrades That Predate Me
  • Magnaflow exhaust with x-pipe
  • Lingenfelter air intake
  • Short-Throw Shifter (not sure on brand)
Upgrades Installed By My Mechanic (w/ approximate install date / mileage)
  • GForce anti-hop Axle Kit (2013 / 81k)
  • Creative Steel Poly Motor Mounts (2013 / 81k)
  • Creative Steel Poly Trans Mount (2013 / 81k)
  • Creative Steel Diff Mount and Block (2013 / 81k)
  • Replaced guibo (driveshaft coupler) (2013 / 81k)
  • USASpec iPod Adapter (2013 / 81k)
  • Custom V floor mats (2013)
  • Z06 Sway Bar End Links (2014)
  • Gen 2 Shift Knob
  • Remanufactured Differential Swap (2017 / 123k)
  • LED Third Brake Light Upgrade (2017)
  • Fluidampr harmonic balancer (2019 / 140k)
  • LS7 Clutch and Flywheel Upgrade (2019 / 145k)
  • Remote Clutch Bleeder (2019 / 145k)
  • New Battery (late 2020)
What I Would Do If I Kept It
  • One of the rear windows needs the regulator replaced (2hr job, I have the part). Bonus - you get to keep the set of very lightly used vice grips holding the window up
  • The wind deflector on the sunroof needs to be removed. Sunroof works great, but one of the hinges on the deflector popped and it is a two-hand job outside the car to hold it down with the glass closes.
  • The wiper motor cover needs to be replaced - the wipers will stay on for a while after turned off. I have the GM part for this.
  • One of the headlights randomly goes blinky on occassion.
  • Needs and alignment
  • Install the metal pedal cover upgrades (parts included)
Other Known Issues I Wouldn't Fix Myself
  • Rear bumper has some hairline cracks from someone that hit me in a parking lot
  • Front bumper has small crack on one side because I bumped someone at a stoplight
  • Driver seat pan tilt doesn't move up/down but the position is good for me.
Tires still have some life left on them (and I promise not to melt them off before you buy it) -- Michelin PS A/S 4s.

Until the pandemic hit, this was my daily driver for a 20mi commute.

I have a local dealer that offers a flat CarMax Price + $500. I will go soon to sort out exactly what that price is. I'll watch the thread for responses, then we can connect via text if you like. I hate to see it go, but I need a vehicle with a bed for now.

$6,300 asking price

I got the Carmax offer yesterday. I'll sell the car to a local dealer within a few days.
