My 'Lac has a tan body with a white soft top, the past owner mud have ran it through some cheap washes since there are minor rips and stains. Is there a repair kit or tools i need to make it look again or is this a job for some detailing shop?

No repair possible, just replacement at a specialty shop, and it's not cheap.

Call your local GOOD body shops, as well as Cadillac, Lincoln, and Buick dealers, to get info on what shops are in your area.

Do you have 2 usernames.

is this you -

is this ALSO you -

if YES - you have 2 different user accounts -

---------------
regarding the carriage top - no repairs are possible -
only replacement -

E&G Classics were the largest supplier of aftermarket tops -
do a google search for a local supplier/installer -
but be prepared for a $1500 to $2000 estimate -

Omg haha you are right I realize I have one for my iPhone and another for my laptop. Haha sorry for the confusion. I'm also guessing these replacements are a bit expensive?

Yes. To have the top reupholstered can run anywhere from ~$500-$1,000, depending on the shop.

Depends how you do it.

Salvage yard seats - Whatever they're charging. I got a COMPLETE, pristine interior (for a color change) for $400. But that's VERY inexpensive.

A leather seat kit - Varies depending on manufacturer. Somewhere between $500 and $1,200.

An upholsterer - Varies wildly.

Teddy, please don't hijack threads. Feel free to start your own thread if you have a question you can't find an answer to.
